It is in a great neighborhood, with plenty of nearby coffee shops and shopping streets. the guesthouse is also near public transport, allowing for easy transportation around the city.

There were some instances of poor customer service, such as staff members not being attentive at the front desk and lacking in professionalism.

The staff was very personable and helpful. They often go out of their way to accommodate you and help you with anything you need. Its a nice place to socialize or crash after your night out.

Then bathrooms did not have much ventilation.

Very informative and helpfull staff. Very clean in general.. Not to easy to get to, but once you call from the subway station, a staff member will come and fetch you!
